A safety switch is a device that quickly switches off the electricity supply if an electrical fault is detected, to minimize the risk of electricity-related fires, electric shock, injury and death. These should be push tested every 6 months and tested by an electrician every 2 years minimum as per the legislation.

Why are safety switches important?​
  • Saves lives by switching off the power immediately in fault conditions.

  • Compliance met for insurance reasons.

What is included in our service?​
  • Test & Report completed every 2 years with logged time to trip. This will be saved on file and a copy to the landlord.

  • Push button test

  • Replacement of faulty safety switches​
