Communal lighting is critical part of ensuring the safety of the residents and visitors accessing around the building. For insurance reasons, all lights must be working with adequate lighting.

Why is Emergency lighting important?

  • Provides light when power outage occurs

  • Provides guidance of exits in an emergency such as a fire

  • Saves Lives

What is the Legislation?

Emergency Light Test must be tested every 6 months as per AS/NZS 2293.2:1995.

What does our service includes?

  • Check fitting for 240v main supply

  • 90 min test and report every 6 month

  • Check battery charge indicator is working

  • Replace lamps as required

  • Record and provide Report 

  • Provide quote to rectify any actions required
